can i book in tirupati balaji panvel project in phase 3
Q: i m scared by comments of investor in this project should i go for tirupati balaji residency project in sukapur akurli panvel is it worth or fake ?

I booked flat in Balaji Residency in May 2014 by investing 3 lacks as initial amount. Till date work has not been started. Every month they are saying that work will start in next month but that month never comes. Not getting what is actually going on and when work will start? Now they saying previous planed cancel and new CIDCO plan coming and still date no filed submit to CIDCO, pls advise what I do, if I will booking cancel so they not doing many return 5-6 months..I booked flat in Balaji Residency in May 2014 by investing 3 lacks as initial amount.
