Builder/Flat details
Q: Hi All, I am planning to buy a Flat @ Sanvi,Need your comments to help me here. Is the locality good(Approach road,surrounding area,Drainage system,waste disposal etc) Building Quality(Quality of consutruction,wiring,water etc) Overall Builder rating(scale 1-5) 1 being poor 5 good. Documentation-(BBMP approval,OC) Please share any information i have missed. brijesh

Water issues are hardly a new thing it is there with every single property! The city has had water problems for years together now, if Cauvery connection is there, why worry about anything else? Check for other stuff legal issues, amenities and so on and go for a site visit and then shortlist the property.Water issues are hardly a new thing it is there with every single property! Thanks Rajiv! I’ve been staying in Bangalore for a long time now and we have been relying on Cauvery water and tankers (during draughts and scarcity situations). I’ve resided in a lot of parts of the city too and the problem is omnipresent. If you have Cauvery connection, you shouldnt worry. I also think that they are laying pipes for Cauvery connection in the Whitefield area.
