Build Quality and Overall Feedback
Q: HI, I am looking to buy property in the next project from Sowparnika Builders called Sai Krishna . I am reaching out to you for feedback on your current property to get an idea of what to expect. Specifically .. 1. Build Quality and Finishing ? 2. DId the builder provide all that was promised ? 3. Was the project delivered on time ? 4. Were there any hidden costs or surprises ? Please do respond to help me decide. Thanks a lot.

Sowparnika Ananda is a very good buy and I expect it to fetch great returns. My paper work handling by the builders team was excellent and they helped me out when the bank asked for a variety of documents, etc. for the home loan.
