Hi Friends, My name is Anand and I have been investing in real estate sector for the past eight years.
First of all I have a question. Are we planning to buy for personal use or as an investment?
If you are planning to buy it for PERSONAL use then it is a good buy as it is within mumbai limits.
However for investment purpose it is a very good project as one has to pay only 30% as down payment and the rest in timely installments. If you dont want to bear the burden of home loan interest then this is a good option as the price of the flat remains constant from the time of booking and you have sufficient time to arrange the remaining part of the payment (5 years). Lets say that the price of 1bhk in dahisar is approximately 80 lacs, and the same is been provided to you by Oyster living for 40 lacs. By the time you get t the possession of the flat after 2020, I am sure that the said flat will value more than 1 crore in the market.

Hi Anand, Agreed with your point. Just wanted to know how to confirm weather they will be able to deliver the project by 2020 or even with a delay of a year.
Also, want to confirm weather they have obtained legal approvals from Government.
If Project is approved by legal Authorities and they are able to shift slums, it will be a best investment opportunity and will provide excellent return.
