During the year 2007, while i was returning to India on vacation i saw huge hoardings at the Jaipur Airport about Narayan infinity project.
Q: i became interested in owing flats in the project. Later through your authorised agent Mr Manoj Bansal I along with my family members, visited the site office of Narayan group near Muhana fruit and vegetable market, where site office personnel took us around the sample flats. There we liked 4BHK flats decided to own.In the year 2009, I received 03 letters from Narayan group each demanding Rupees 03 lacs as installments and allotted Flats numbers 501, 801 and 901 in their Tower "B" I immediately deposited Rupees 03 lacs for each flat totaling at Rupees 09 (nine) lacs and obtained Narayan group receipt numbers 100009/08-09, 100010/08-09 and 100011/08-09 all dated 30.03.2009. Since i am not able to get in touch with the authorised personnel with Narayan group, please advise next course of action on my part as to when, where and how much installment i need to pay to have the possession of the 4BHk flats I had booked and consequently allotted?
