Hi Anusha, I am a property seeker & seen at least 8 projects in & around Gunjur before visiting asset aura. I work in ecospace - so for me preference is the property which is max 4 to 6 km from my office. My kids even go in New horizon which is very close to the project. With the other builders where the price is little low - they don't have proper documents like OC & CC. Big players like Sobha are also there but for me they are not affordable and delivery time is also after 5 years. Then I visited Asset Aura which I really liked as - builder is providing OC & CC so it a legally clear property, it is ready to move in, Home loans from nationalized banks, the kind of facilities builder is providing like 1 acre roof top organic farming, windmills & solar power generation, 100 % water recycle is something that even branded players cannot provide at this cost.
