I have booked a flat in Phase II. The builder has a lot of projects in the city Skanda, Ananda, Purple Rose and Swastika. I visited Purple Rose and Swastika but I went for Sanvi as it is nearer to ITPL.I have booked a flat in Phase II. Hi Gurmeet! Most HFLs and banks such as HDFC and Axis are giving loans for this project. BBMP approval is also there. I would suggest that you approach a bank, get the legal opinion and then proceed. This is exactly what I did Gurmeet. Good Luck!
