Nov or Dec 2017 Promised Date is missed by Pride Enchanta. Now those who booked with Pride in 2014 and 2015 are in wait and watch, including us. Blaming on Rera, no clear communication what approval issues they are going through. Poor customer experience with them. Pity all those guys and gals paying PreEMI to bank, lost rental return and anxiety due to no date communicated for handover even by end of Jan 2018.Nov or Dec 2017 Promised Date is missed by Pride Enchanta. The approvals were under process few months back, what is the status now and how much is the rate per sqft going on currently.
Nov/Dec 2017 is supposed to be handover. But, they got into some approval pending issues. No clear communication, blaming it on Rera and stuff. Such big builder not able to manage approvals and deliver on time is a broken promise. Costs lots of money for those who are on Pre-EMI. Wait and watch and compare with ready to move properties if you can.

Hey Krishna, The Pride Group is a well known property developer that is changing the scenario of Pune, Mumbai and Bangalore with its high engineering, ethical standards, bold new designs and professional outlook. The price seems to be okays, according to the locality. The builder has successfully completed around 10 projects in Bangalore.
Need to check with owners from previous projects. Our experience with builder is not so great. Read response above. With so many projects experience, they still haven't been able to project correct handover date. Funny part is, inspite of knowing promised date won't be met, they just kept quiet without even communicating with customers (in other words, don't care a damn, take customers for granted, because we are premium hi-fi builders, you silly customers have to listen to what we say attitude).

Hey before booking I would suggest visit the site once or twice if possible and do builders background checkup nicely.because I have read few negative reviews about the builder.
Every review take with a pinch of salt, including mine. It is case to case. Do your thorough research by speaking to as many as you can. We have booked an apartment in Pride. I agree with Manjunath. Delay in handover. Tjey on't care a damn about customer. One-sided penalties. Less favorable for customer in every financial aspect. Very lethargic after they collect most of the money from you extremely early in comparison to handover date. In comparison, one of my friend who booked in Mantri paid very small amounts over long period and could manage entire house buying without loan, not possible with Pride type of builder. Check a few builders and decide. I wish we saw this review before booking.
