The construction quality is decent and they usually deliver on time. A delay of a couple of months is usually anticipated from every builder (5-6 months grace time is the norm in the industry) as there could be a lot of issues when it comes to big constructions.The construction quality is decent and they usually deliver on time. Hi Neha! Whitefield in itself is excellent for investment. Sanvi is decently priced and comparatively less when compared to other projects. I am thinking of booking one in Phase II – working out the details for that. I would suggest that you go for a site visit, check with the banks for loans and then decide. Good Luck!
