Build Quality and Overall Feedback
Q: HI, I am looking to buy property in the next project from Sowparnika Builders called Sai Krishna . I am reaching out to you for feedback on your current property to get an idea of what to expect. Specifically .. 1. Build Quality and Finishing ? 2. DId the builder provide all that was promised ? 3. Was the project delivered on time ? 4. Were there any hidden costs or surprises ? Please do respond to help me decide. Thanks a lot.

Ananda seems to have a good rating overall and there dont seem to be many complaints with it. You can go ahead and buy Sai Krishna; the quality is pretty good. The builder has a fairly good reputation and I know a relative of mine who bought a flat with them. It was in Swastika Phase I. They had a good experience. The ratings for most of their projects are very decent and the rates are reasonable too!
