Achievers gardenia and achievers status enclave
Q: hi i am planning to buy a 3 bhk house in achievers gardenia or achievers status enclave. The project is situated on badhkal pali road. Is the society good for living. Is investing in this property a wise decision.

My comments to replies
Hey Sahil, Sector 49 is a very prime residential sector as well as well connected with major parts of the city. Connectivity & transportation is not an issue here. If you are planning to invest in 3BHK unit, as rent you can get 20-25000/per-month. Gardenia will offer you spacious 3BHK builder floor, whereas Status enclave will offer you 3BHK apartment.
Both projects are in ready to move in condition. Even both are situated in sector 49, nearer to each other. Builder quoted price is around 4475/sq-ft for this Status Enclave. State Bank Of Indian & HDFC Bank are approving loan for this project. This project is very much suitable for investment as well as end use. This project offers world class amenities & high tech features.
