Sowparnika Sanvi phase I
Q: Sowparnika Sanvi phase 1 is occupied.

First of all, Whitefield is an excellent choice and Sanvi is pretty decent IMO. Phase I has been completed and the builder has a variety of other projects in the city. Since Phase I is already completed and banks are giving loans, there isnt much to worry about.
