Q: The owner is mischieving people. The builder and owner made a deal earlier, I gave the advance booking and after 15 days they say they are getting higher prices so will not give you. Don't go with these cheaters. They will delay and will not properly document it. Hell.

Earlier it was supposed to complete in Dec'15. Then they said to complete 2 floors by Jan'16 others by March'16... but after seeing condition of work, it looks to complete after June-Aug. although I'm not buying. I'm not the person to say anything... But I live nearby and observed the flats for a month, I booked one and gave advance money. After 15 days Builder/Owner returned money saying they can not sell and demanded more, I refused to pay and got my advanced returned.I'm not the person to say anything...
