Hey.. i am going to purchase 3BHK apartment in Revanta Welfare Society on GT Karnal Road. I made this decision after investing alot about the zone, company background and other legal things but for the safer side i am posting here so that i can get advise from others too. Although i just love the facilities/amenities they are providing. I found all these things only with private builders. pls give ur views on it.

Hi Sujan..under which act Color housing society is registered...can you paste link of the govt site showing ur Society as Registered society...also on your site there is no mention of the Management members name and Photo...why the things are kept closed
