How is Manya Hi-living project in electronic city bangalore

They don't have office in Bangalore,they are using their site address as a communicating address, and moreover they are having 30% deviation for this project.My lawyer suggested me not to take that project...
SBI would have checked all details before giving home loan. SBI, HDFC, ICICI, AXIS, LIC and other banks have approved this project and financed already. am availing loan from SBI .

How much is the current rate per sqft going on in this project? Are you sure that the project is getting delivered by March 2015?
My friend is residing from March 2015 there. I am purchasing now a 3 bhk flat in ready to move block for a good price compared to market price for BDA projects there. Like the project very much for its Ventilation and Plan.
