Does anybody know any buyers of kalpaka elanza at edapally.. I am a very disappointed customer of this project. Smitha, i am a customer of kalpaka elanza.. This project kalpaka regency is their new project. Bt i wonder y dey strtd a new project wen they claim they dont have enough funds for completion of their previous project. Elanza ws to be completed in dis december bt seeing its present condition its no where near to completion in near future. They claimed a huge amount from us in the name of purchase of tiles but now they are denying those things and are saying they never said anything abt purchase of tiles.. They were to complete the internal n external plastering in august and strt tile wrk in september but nothing has been done in the last 1.5 mnths after we released a huge amount frm bank loan. They are still saying fund shortage as the excuse.. They also wer saying that we wer the only defaulter in payment bt it turns out to be a lie too..cz dey r nw saying other customers also r default in payments.. Sorry guys..i ws really wrong abt this builders customer service.. They do really care for their customers i guess.. Cz they convinced me dat my apartment will be completd in the mentioned tym..
