Q: What is the status of the project? What is the current rate going on in this project and how many apartments will be there?

How much is the rate per sqft quoted now? What is the total land area and how many blocks will be there?
1.8 acres only 82 flats are coming with 4 blocks and its only ground plus 3 floors 2 bhk minimum dimension 1200sqft

I am interested in buying a 2 bhk in this project. What will be the price of a 2 bhk all inclusive and what will be the book amount?
Hi anupama The project is good we are expecting the possession by the end of 2015 or jan 2016. Location is totally residential area more greenery very good environment. The price they are quoting 2900per sqft its negotiable
