Q: At the time of booking themarket interest rate was around 8.5 to 9 % where as lodha was offering 6% ( ie rebate of 2.5% approx.)if loan is taken from this 2 banks. This rebate was suppose to be paid by lodha to bank after a year from disbursement. Now when I approached them they seems to make some excuses. Hence I want to know if any body has got this benefit.

Q: Hi I have booked a flat in casa rio Nautica E-wing!!! lodha promised to deliver by 2013 but they haven't started yet...Any body have any update on this wing??? Anupam Sarkar.

Q: I had booked a flat at casa rio viva (d) in 2010 and project kicked off 0n 2011, as per their commitments it was going to be positioned in 2012, which never happened and moreover they dont entertain people to see their building, very sluggish answers from represntatives. now they had given me a new date of May 14, and i know again they are going to shift. above all we are suffering from other burdens.

I am also facing the identical problem...purchased in 2010 with commitment for delivery on 2013. Still struggling as the fresh date of possession given as April 2016..Feeling cheated as everyday delay is causing massive losses to me which I cannot afford... Dear Zulfi, I am also in the same position, booked in Casa rio in 2010 and builder has again postponed date to April 15. My one close relative also want to buy one, but after seeing this response of builder he quits his decision. Why builder doesn't understand of customer problems... This will making down their own reputation. Regards akg

Yeah I agree with You @Zulfi, there is a huge delay in possession of the project. Can you tell me waht is the reason for such a delay.

Hi all , I am also facing same problem, booked flat in casa rio in 2010 and possession date was 2011 , but project is getting delayed .now its been 4 years just few days back I again got mail from my relationship manager that possession is now in next year June 2016 and funny thing they wont even allow to visit project .Lodha group is big cheater .please don't invest your money in this project.

hello zulfi, i am also in same position, booked on jan 2011, and possesion date was dec 2012 at the time of booking, then jun 2013 in the registration then shifted to apr 2014, then shifted to jun 2014 then shifted to oct 2014 and again now shifted to nov 2014.... and i m definitely sure the next date will be apr 2015. ... and all the money is been paid within jun 2011 to dec 2011, I m paying interest to bank and builder is not allowing to see the project..... what should i do? I dont have money for the lawyers for any legal action.. ... sachin
