The project looks good. It has access to bus stops but far from Metro Stations and Hospitals. If you are planning for investment purpose, you can go for this project.

Till now they have not completed any projects but two projects are under construction in Bangalore. Their philosophy is to deliver projects on time, with best quality at affordable price with impeccable safety record.

What is their track record till now? What is the quality factor ? There are two projects under construction but not delivered yet? Do you believe that they will deliver the product on time? Sorry for asking so many questions waiting for your answer. I didn't find any relevant feedback(positive/negative) on the builder.

Not much familiar about Varthur locality, how is the connectivity and social infrastructure over there.
It is very near to BBMP sub registration office. It is developing and lot of good apartments are coming within that area. Varthur main road is just 100~200mts away. BMTC buses will be accessible.

Yes the project has got approval from BBMP and banks like HDFC, Axis and LIC Housing Finance Ltd. The builder is going to provide Sewage Treatment Plant and Rainwater harvesting pits

Why are you providing wrong information regarding the bank approvals? I have already given a booking amount there and no banks has approved till now. They are claiming of SBI approval. But no one has availed loan till now. I don't how much correct is the information shared in this forum. Are you a paid agent to fool people?
