Q: Planning to buy 3bhk in Gowra Hallmark Greenliving. Kindly let me know if anyone have already bought or know abt this project ? They are offering 3k/sqft which is quite reasonable for any Gated Comm. Also please sugegst if you know any better Gated community within Manikonda

Hi, I really like this project and planning to book this project in this Diwali. I hope ever thinks is well ... Floor plan is well designed with full of amenities. Yes, rate is reasonable and if you talk to the builder he is ready to give some discount in the basic price.
