Q: Need some info on Geown developers, Bangalore. The farmlands they sell seem interesting but how good are the chances that they convert to yellow belt. Are these lands genuine?

Thank you All for your feedback. Finally we booked a D type unit and so for our experience has been very good. Got all the necessary documents to get the loan processed by SBI. Looking forward to be part of the community :)
