Well as far as Sushma Buildtech is concerned, you can invest with them for your dream house right now! I am saying this because I have been living at Sushma Elite Cross happily. The best thing about them is that they deliver what they promise. Ranging from the amazing exteriors to the necessary interiors, everything was perfect. The material used in construction is worth applauding. I have no complaints with the quality. What amazes me is that they offer serene location, better connectivity and series of amenities, all that at a very reasonable price. My parents were not pleased with the idea of buying a flat, but after shifting to Sushma Elite Cross they were happy with my decision and they are happy rather than complaining. We shifted here six months back and till now I havent faced a single problem.
