Completion date of Neptune Swaraj.
Q: We have booked 1 bhk flat in your Neptune Swaraj project in Sector 2, Bldg. No.10. Please inform when we can expect completion?

Hi all, Those who bought flats in Neptune Sawrajya, Ambivli in Kalyan can file a complain in Thane District Consumer Dispute Redressal Forum for deficiency in service. In January 2014, a flat owner named Chauhan filed case in Thane District Consumer Dispute Redressal Forum and the forum directed the Neptune builder to pay Rs one lakh fine to Chavan for deficiency in service and also to give possession of the flat to Chavan within 10 days of his paying the remaining cost of the flat, else he will have to pay Rs 300 per day as fine to Chavan.
