Q: Hi Friends, I have booked a 1 BHK as an investment Sancheti Eve's Garden, Keshav Nagar Anyone booked a flat here?

hey, i just stumbled on to this site. And i was elated that they received the clearance. There are ppl already staying in the A buildings, i believe. Any idea what is the delivery date of the flats for B and C buildings. 2 years before they said March.Anyone knows what the sales team promising now :/
Builder's rep. said no compensation will be given. ( mentioned in our agreement Rs 5000/-pm after 6+ mnts delay). Neither they gave any reason for that.
