Enquiry of Tirupati Balaji builders and Constructors , Panvel
Q: Hi, I am looking to invest some money in property . Yesterday , I have visited Tirupati Balaji builders and Constructors's office . They showed me plan for Balaji Modern City . Its in Chiple , Bokharpada . 1) can anyone tell me about background of builder ? 2) Is there any future scope in this area ? 3) I saw some negative comments regarding builder . Are they true ? e.g . late delivery , delay in construction or fraud 4) I saw most of projects by Balaji builders are cidco approved , banks are also offering . Then whats problem here ? why such negative feedback are here ? 5) Is it worth to invest in new panvel ? Please Reply
