Hi All Current resale prices 4000 - 4100 INR per Sqft , infact you can get even lower around 3900 as well , depending on the need and tower . I have been in touch with all the PDs and other Builders for Gaur Saundaryam and other apartments like cherry county etc ... So wait for the right time to buy it . I myself is looking to buy one in gaur saundrayam . 15 August 16, you will have Mangolia possession . and I am sure once there is a pressure of possession & registry amount , you will find investors( who has invested) to sell the flats to an appropriate rates .
