Q: Hi All, Has anyone heard of shivaGanga Infra builders? I am planning to buy a property from this builder near Uttarahalli. Any feedback from anyone? Thanks in advance Regards, Guru

Land may be eligble for 'A' khata while - You book your Flat - check with your lawyer But the land will be disqulaified for A Khata post the construction, due to the Builders known and planned mistakes. Generally, the mistake what we do is, we never care about the Khata after the token advance/flat booking, Builders take this as an advantage and do all the frauds. I also came to know that these people owe bulk amount of tax to BBMP which they already collected it from Flat owners.
