Had a word with the sales team and it seems they have not got the fire NOC yet. Worry is that we need the possession before the next academic year as else you are stuck.
I doubt they will able to give possession by March since they haven't applied for OC yet.

Just got an update on 28th Feb that Cosmos Jewels has recieved the Fire NOC and they have applied for OC which they will get it by mid of March
That's good news let's hope they really get OC by Mid of March.
