No progress in Saffron City project construction
Q: I have purchased a farm house plot in Saffron City, Wangani village, Velhe taluka, Pune district in 2008. Saffron City with developed bungalow plots, farm house plots, agricultural plots with roads, electricity, compound to plots. This project is situated near Kondhanpur on one side and Wangani on other side. It is at 35 km from Pune. It was booked in this project offered by Saffron developers, Pune with the promise of handing over the plot in 2010 with well developed roads, electricity and water at the doors. A fencing and plantation in the plot will be provided by the developer. Nothing has been happened till today. Anybody has any idea about it? Is there anyone who has booked plot here?

I have purchased 10 gunta land in this project. Sale deed is made but between 3 plots. I have only Certified copy of sale deed. 7/12 is taking time because of Katraj incident and charge on Mr. rathod.
