Hi ,I am planning to buy a flat in vasavi estates shantiniketan project located in whitefields hitech city Hyderabad.
Q: My question is how is the reputation of the Vasavi estates builders, whether they deliver the property on time ? How is their constructional quality?

I am Intereseted to buy a flat here and builder is quoting 4750 psf,But I am looking for a better price,Can any one suggest ME what is the best price I can get in this project.
the rate mentioned here is too high. Last time during my discussion I was promised a rate of INR4200.00. However, I got to know from few of my friends that the project is running atleast 1 year late and hence withdrew. As per the state of the project it may be ready for registration/ possession by Dec 2015 but it would noway be habitable before June 2016.
