How to handle BPTP , a non performing builder
Q: BPTP has stopped progress after taking 80% money from customers on their project Park Spacio at sector 37 D in Gurgoan. Every time you ask , they give stereo type reply that the contractor has run away and work will commence in few months time . looks they have diverted the funds and now simply misguiding the customers . Is their any way to handle such incompetent and cheater builder .

hi, i took a floor in BPTP Amastoria project in sector 102 in 2011 possession was to be given in 2014 but there is no demand raised since march 2013 by which they took 90% of the money. on non payment of demand raised i had to pay at 18% interest today on asking they are silent. i took loan and i am paying pre emi since march 2013 staying in rented house with all my saving invested in BPTP., I think we have waited enough .is there any forming og group to fight for our right .
