Hi..anyone who purchased flats in Cosmos jewels. I'm concerned about the delay in getting the possession.

Hi Bin, They are saying they will start giving soft possession in Dec for Ruby and Mar-Apr for other buildings. From my point of view soft possession doesn't make any sense as you will have to pay all the money, o your maintenance will start and you have to pay apprx 80k-1lc deposit.

Hi, OC for 2 Ruby tower is received and builder has already started giving final possession for the same. Sapphire fire NOC expected by May end and final possession by July end.
