I am one of the pissed of buyer of Homes121 and i could say that Ajnara is as deep shit as any other. They charged penalty for just delay of 15 days in home loan in final payment from me and in last October declared that my flat is ready for possession hence calculated penalty for their delay only till September 2013 however they have not got completion certificate from Noida authority as of now. Actually, now it has become a trend to cheat and mislead customers in almost all the sectors and certainly it is more evident in realty sector since high stakes are involved. Customer are being exploited by these so called builders who dont even have qualification or skill to even be a clerk. We, as a society, have become so corrupt and immoral that we can not even expect builders like DLF, Supertech to give us fair deal. Serious advice to new buyers that they should prefer to buy caravan rather than buying flats from these gundas. Unfortunately caravans are also not safe in india ;-)
