I booked a flat in pre launch about 4 and 1/2 years ago in Unitech habitiat greater noida
Q: At that time, I was booked in tower 4 and provided an allotment letter. But after a while i was transferred in tower 10. Unitech rep said they will provide me with a possession letter in couple of months. But its been 3 years now, and Unitech rep keep postponing it. I'm wondering if there are any people with the possession letter or people in a similar situation. Please reply if you are having similar problem.

Unitech Habitat delays??
Q: It's been 9 years and we still don't have possession of our apartment in tower 6. Customer Service is horrible. Anyone know the Status of construction and what towers are ready?

I think legal option is sonething that we should definitely consider. I think you should seriously consider legal action. Unitech Habitat - I bought my place in Unitech Habitat 9 yrs ago, and paid 90% to Unitech (Tower 9). Any progress?

Thank you Sekhar and Zareena for the updates. I will definitely visit the Unitech offices to demand for possession as soon as possible. The problem for me is that, I am no longer living in India and will only be able to visit their office on my next visit to India.Thank you Sekhar and Zareena for the updates.
