Hello all, I am planning to buy a 3 bhk apartment here and I have already paid a visit here. I am planning to buy a 3 bhk apartment1322 sqft. They are quoting 67 Lakh excluding the registration. I feel that I am getting cheated. Can anyone of you please tell me how much did they charge you ? Are they up for any negotiations ?
