How can I know which developers to trust, especially after this floods.

Latest Answer: Well you should trust developers that have properties in Chennai and these projects have comparatively remained untouched by the floods. A lot of properties withstood this calamity and this way we can know which builders to trust and not to trust. I recently bought a flat with Shine and received a mail from the team claiming that the property has stayed the same and wasn’t damaged and handover has started. Radiance properties all over Chennai have done well and therefore, I am glad I made the right choice when it comes to realtors.
