As per news - Out of 100s of SLPs filed before it, Supreme Court admits only about 4 %. The Supreme Court doesn't even hear the other rejected petitions filed before it. New maintenance charge policy by HUDA.
Q: From sector 58 to sector 115, the maintenance charges be paid to HUDA along with property tax to Municipal Corporation Gurgaon (MCG).
