CIDCO's approval to 8 projects under development plan of Panvel villages
Q: Do you know? In the past 4 months, CIDCO has given commencement certificate to 8 projects under the pilot project of development of 23 villages in Panvel tehsil.

All the projects in the area are delayed due to Naina project.There are around 180 project that are are under hold.Naina plan are now approved by c idco & sent to CM office for further approval.If it get cleared from CM office It will take 1 year to start the project of any builder.All the projects in the area are delayed due to Naina project.There are around 180 project that are are under hold.Naina plan are now approved by c idco & sent to CM office for further approval.If it get cleared from CM office It will take 1 year to start the project of any builder.
