I am planning to buy a flat in DS MAX seasons. I read the reviews about DS Max and really horrible. Can anyone who has purchased from DS Max guide me? Are they trustworthy? What is your experience about the company or projects?

I suggest do not buy DS Max flats, until you get whatever the marketing person writes down in an bond paper whatever he speaks.
They give you all fake details, only when you go for the agreement you get to know all the facts.

That's true Shakila but these people won't give you anything in written on a bond paper. Because they know they are NOT going to fulfill it. Their MD Dayanand himself is the root cause of all DS Max fraud. We the Sliverwood residents also asked him to give us in written on the promised proposed date when he would be giving us the Occupancy Certificate or OC. He straight away refused it asking us to trust him.
We replied back saying we don't trust any of the DS Max people. He said that he is the MD and co-founder and his words carry weight. We thought to give them a chance. But now as i write they have already crossed the promised date and are not reply to any of our messages. We are planning to go again to the office and even take it to the legal as the need be.
Just no matter what they say, my humble request DO NOT trust this FRAUD DS Max

What a fraud builder DS Max is. I am currently living at DS Max Silverwood in Bommasandra, Bangalore. And there are more than 50 flat owners at this project only, that unhappy with the construction quality of flats. What nonsense is this when you say 10-20? There are many who are discontent with your service. It's just that they have not come to online forum. Where are your happy satisfied customers? Or is just that you have made up in your mind about the happiness of your customers.
We at Silverwood regularly ask for fixing so many things via WhatsApp, Phone calls, emails but they don't respond. When they will respond few times, they will send you completely irrelevant, out of concern replies. That will like getting some replies from a bot, like autoresponders with predefined content. It doesn't help us.
Our 80-85% of flats on top terrace have seepage issues, I personally took this matter to RERA court and then his CEO became active and was forced to visit us to fix the issues

DS Max CEO Mr Prasanna promised to fix the issues. But what repair work has been done is also temporary. With Dr Fixit, it's only temporary and matter of time when the seepage issue on the terrace is going to come.
Another big concern has been OC or Occupancy Certificate. The builder fails to provide the OC and without OC they are giving possession which is ILLEGAL. The MD and founder Mr Dayanad made a fake promise when we Silverwood resident visited his office that he would be giving the OC on the said date. Now when we are message them or asking them over phone they are not respodning.
So stop this nonsense of yours when you say that we don't visit your corporate office for solution. I personally have visited more than 3 times but you guys are rogue builders who least customer value post sale. Now we are planning to collectively to take you to the court and seek justice.
Guys think twice before going for DS Max - the FRAUD builder.

I have booked a flat in DS MAX sparkle nest, since that my life ruined............ I have booked pre launch project and while buying sales person made so much promises but all fake!!!!!!!!. Since it is an third class design wanted some modification and this modification team showed me hell. It is nealry 6 months and no modification not done. In numerous phone calls, wasting time visit their office, discussion, visigin sites all done but none cares and worst part no one is worried about your concern and feedback as there is no one to hear.
I read ad in paper in which Chairmand says to give feedback and i did that too but he does nothing.

I list out name of the people with their number next time or this time want t approach RERA(if anyone how to reach them please help me)
Lastly dont buy from unprofessional builders like them, they say it is cheap price but it is not cheap in price it is cheap in quality.
If you have enough money and dont know how to waste it then buy
