Hi all, May i know the location advantages of the project? Which are the neighbouring areas of Wagholi? How is the infrastructural development in the areas? I heard that water and power supply is not good enough. Is it true? Kindly be honest.
Hello Pavaskar, Ravinanda Team, I visited the site and inquired about the project, yet the sales team is unable to clear the doubts like: Does they have all necessary approval for the new buildings which are under construction? Your Sales team directly says No for SBI home loan? why? As everyone know that SBI bank verifies all the document of builder and does not allow any gap in the process, Now a days simple way to trust any project if SBI is ready to give loan. I believe you should agree to this fact. Any reason why no to SBI?Also possession dates are keep on changing any reason?
