The price the builder is quoting seems to be fine according to the locality. The project has been approved by BMRDA and it has healthcare facilities, international schools and most big offices in the vicinity. Investment in this project can be fruitful.

SBI has not yet approved. Also , I was a keen buyer in this project but somehow not gaining trust on this project. The plot sizes, price chart what they send over mail to refer is not correct. And as you zero down on your selection, they comeback saying the plot size mentioned is not correct and the premium was wrong calculated. So on... Not trustworthy
