Hi i have booked a flat with MVL Palms on 27.02.13 however since then i have not been asked to pay the 2nd installment yet which was to be paid 30 days from 27.02.13. Can someone please let me know what is the status of the same and whether there are others who are facing such issue.

I received a telephonic call from M/s MVL regarding project has been approved by bank HDFC and the construction work will start in next month. hI, I am Rakesh Varshney at 9873648172, 9310874850 and mail rakeshvarshney2003@yahoo.co.in. I had also inversted Rs. 5.5. lacs in MVL Palm in August, 2013. I had mailed to Rakesh Gupta finance Director of the company but to no avail. Company has yet not started the construction. I am planning to complaint the matter to Economic Offence Wing of Police as well as to file civil and criminal suit against builder for recovery of money. If we come together, our complaint shall have force due to unity on the builder as well as law execution agencies. If some one interested contact me on phone or though mail.
I also want to complaint but i came to know that construction work has been started in last month. If so, how can we make complaint?
