Hi, Did anyone get Loss of Interest?
Q: Want to know if anyone who has taken possession of the house got Loss of Interest from the builder?

I'm shocked to hear all this. We are still in talks with the builder. We are asked to pay 5.5 laks. What is the progress of the case?? I don't live in India so it's very difficult for me to initiate anything. But would like to know if there is a positve outcome.
Hi Vidya, This is Jennifer, we are in the same boat. The builder is charging us interest and refusing to hand over the apartment What was the outcome of your discussion with the builder. We live abroad and find it difficult to handle this.
