Hi, Please avoid this builder, I have bought an apartment in Adithya serene(new temple road, Whitefield-borewell road), it's been 2 years after registration but the builder hasn't completed the common pending works, neither did the handover of documents. The quality of construction is also cheap. Now they are demanding money to complete the pending works!!!.
