buying a house on the topmost floor
Q: Hi All will need your reviews on buying a house on topmost floor... 14th floor.... its vaswani brentwood in thubarahalli... does the builder allow for grill... what other factors to keep in mind...?

My comments to replies
It is a good peoject.. It has got all the necessary approvals from BBMP and all the leading banks. Vaswani Brentwood is just a 5 minutes drive from both the Marathahalli-Sarjapur Outer Ring Road and ITPL. Vaswani Brentwood is superbly located just beyond the Brookefields Junction and is a short drive both from the International Technology Park (ITPL), as well as from the Export Promotion Park (EPIP). It is also easily accessible from Bangalore International Airport (42 Kms) from the Outer Ring Road, as well as to MG Road and the Central Business District (15Kms).
How about the approach road issue ? is it resolved ?
