Hello All, I have a unit booked in building no 1 & just got a demand letter for flooring almost after a year. They say possession would be given by May 2016 for 4 buildings, but looking at the site it doesn't seems so. Also I came to know that they would be charging around 7 lacs (for 1 bhk) at the time of possession which would include some kind of development charges and society maintenance for two years. After so much delay we still have to bear these extra cost is not acceptable. I am planning to take legal advise and presently going through few past cases under Consumer Protection Act 1986 where construction were delayed by the builders. I will come back on this post once I have more details as to how to go about it and fight for the injustice. Viral Mehta, Mumbai
