My friend, I visited Saibya office few weeks back. I am an Architect by profession and the poor guy didn't know that. I observed that there is at least 20-25% deviation in the apartment by comparing the BBMP plan and the brochure. They have done lot of irregularity in Balconies and Toilet ducts.
