There will be a lot of development in the area as the Airport is expanding with terminal 2 making BIA the biggest airport in India. Tenders are already awarded. Title is clear regards the papers I got it checked it is clear. I remember paying a booking amount. As long as they give in writing that the entire amount will be refundable in case of cancellation it should be OK.
