I have invested in this project and would like to suggest all you investors not to invest in this project at all. Firstly, the owners' realty are Goons from U.P and are land mafias associated illegal Land acquisitions, pooling, duping customers of their hard earned money. Secondly, the project's construction work has not started for last 2 years of my investment....!!! So the posession will not be their before 2020 atleast....all their assurances are false and don't get in their trap........they are real cheap goons....bhatti's.......so please please beware from investing in this project. I am asking my money back for last 2 years but they have not given me a single rupee back till date, just keep making false promises....!!!! Rest all upto you.....make wise decisions...!!!
