Q: Hi all I was talking to one of the HDFC personal and he was saying that land in phase 3 is not yet clear. It's clear up to sector M only (i.e phase 2). In fact land in phase 3 comes under LDA notification and it's not yet acquired by Ansal API. That's the reason HDFC is NOT financing in phase three. I heard some of the plots in few pockets in Sector C also came under the legal issues and possession is not yet given even after 6 - 7 years. Remember Mulayam Singh is known for launching LDA/Awas Vikash Schemes. He launched Vrindavan, Basant Kunj Ashiana and Gomti Nagar Extn etc... in his previous tenures. Mayavati was known for supporting builders. She normally doesn't launch any LDA/Awas Vikas Schemes. In this scenario how safe is to investing in phase 3 or upcoming phase 4 of Ansal API ?

Yes, Surender, recently I have contacted with the builder and he said that project is approved by IDA. he also assures that there is no issue related to IDA approval.. Anyway If anyone gets more information let me know... Thanks
Few days back , it came in local Amar Ujala that some FIR has been lodged against Ansal's . The issue is that Ansal's has not even purchased the land from Villagers ( owners ) and still they are cultivating the land. Mr. B.B. Singh accepted in Newspaper that they have yet to purchase lands from villagers. I am talking about Phase II only.
